This mentorship program does not emphasize the learning of new skills, but remembering and revealing that which already lies within.
In Pali, mindfulness translates as “to remember”. Through meditation, self-inquiry and experiential learning, students will begin to uncover their authentic teaching style and ways that they can begin to show up for their communities. Throughout the 16-weeks, students will be invited to develop a steadiness and confidence as a mindfulness teacher through vigorous self-study, self-inquiry and personal practice. Using an integrated and human-centered approach, you will have an opportunity to understand the shadow self that can often hinder us from guiding from a place of authenticity and integrity.
There will be ample opportunities to reflect on the values and intentions we have as practitioners and sharpen and refine our skills. Most importantly, unlike other programs that ask students to assimilate to the ‘right way’ of teaching, students in this program will be invited to become more of themselves. It is through embodiment of the practice, a deep understanding and relationship to what we are teaching and the development of necessary skills that our inner teach can come alive.

Into the Depths is a 16-week immersive mindfulness teacher training and mentorship program designed to support new and emerging facilitators in cultivating confidence, authenticity, and trauma-informed presence in their teaching.
The program moves through four sequential modules: foundations, self, relational practice, and integration. Each week includes a 3-hour live class blending theory, embodied practice, and real-world application. Students receive weekly home practices including guided meditations, creative writing exercises, reflective prompts, peer work, and recommended readings to deepen integration.
The program also includes guest teachers who complement each module with their unique wisdom, practice labs to help refine your voice and guiding skills, mentorship calls and integration breaks to offer support and spaciousness, a virtual half-day retreat to deepen your personal practice, and a teaching practicum where students create & design mindfulness offerings for their respective communities.

We’ll also investigate the shadow self and how this can show up in our teaching practice. We’ll end with sustainable self-care, self-stewardship and the importance of ritual and ceremony when being in service to others.

In Module 3, we expand our awareness to focus on our teaching practice in relationship to others. We’ll explore how to create and hold space, developing unique offerings, creative meditation writing, adopting a trauma sensitive approach, mindfulness through the lens of social justice and understanding the collective shadow.
